👉đŸŧ your mom (or a close family member) experienced specific health issues that caused them to fearfully monitor their food choices

Our mission is to guide you to release self-doubt and body hate by learning to intuitively eat, move, and schedule your time. This is possible when we examine your relationship with food, movement, Diet Culture, and Hustle Culture.

We believe self acceptance comes from challenging cultural beliefs and conditioning that you’ve grown up with and been exposed to throughout your life. When we redefine these relationships, we will help you learn to trust your intuition.
